Throw out seeping wound. What's that trash doing on best skill list anyway?

1) Twisting Fangs
2) Dark Escape
3) Shadow Refuge
4) Aura of Displacement
The above 4 are on nearly every Assassin primary build.
The Deadly Arts skills need a lot of work. There're some nice affects in there, like Expose Defenses and Entangling Asp, but the energy costs and/or recharge times and/or conditions to activate make them unusable..

1) Twisting Fangs - almost a must in any assassin build.
2) Falling Spider - can be used with shock assassins, shove assassins, as part of a warrior spike in pvp, and helps set up other combos since its an offhand attack.
3) Palm Strike - I like Palm Strike because it always hits and counts as an offhand. Costly at 10 energy, but recharges fast and guarantees you get that second part of your chain in.
Honorable Mention: Dash - When that monk tries to run, Dash usually lets you get that last part of your chain in, which can be the finishing hit or help set up another chain.

That skill is extremely underrated. Combine it with bleeding and poison, like I do, and it makes some mega degeneration. Plus, it's a hex, which lets me use Black Lotus Strike. I guess this skill isn't one of the greatest for most assassins, but it's perfect for the attack chain I use.

^ I use Seeping Wound a lot more lately. Even on bleeding alone, you're getting a nice amount of degen, and depending on how high you have your critical strikes set, you'll be able to keep Seeping Wound running constantly due to its length.

Its kinda rough but my combo is:
1. Shadow of haste (best tele skill in my opinion)
2. Repeating Strike, not alot of damage but low cost make it a usuable skill
3. either leaping matis sting or twisting fangs
4. the lesser of #3
5. Death blossom
i dont have moebius strike yet but its on my list of things to get.

PVP
1. Vigorous Spirit
2. Siphon Speed (When it works right)
3. Twisting Fangs - No explanation needed
4. Entangling Asp or Scorpion Wire ( only when I want to have fun and surprise someone)
PVE
1. Assassins Promise
2. Death's Blossom - Let's be honest you need it for the AOE damage sadly.
3. Twisting Fangs
4. Vig Spirit - Sorry but you just can't trust monks to heal you. No not because I get into trouble but because monks have bad experiences. I've had a monk go through an entire mission without healing me once (I didn't die but it was tough when you are focused on from time to time - Protector of Cantha FTW).

Thank you. Finally someone else who realizes how useful Vigorous Spirit is for assassins (if they have Monk secondaries). If an A/Mo has room for only one self-healing skill, then it should be Vigorous Spirit. (If an A/Mo has room for one more then it should be Shadow Refuge or Purge Conditions.)

Nobody mentioned the best lead attack on the menu? Golden Lotus Strike is almost too good to be true.
Twisting Fangs and Dark Escape also rarely leave my skill bar.

1) Palm Strike (unconditional leading off-hand, not an attack so it never misses and low recharge)
2) Twisting Fangs (the only way to deal a deep wound, which every assassin should be able to give)
3) Mark of Instability (it knocks down; it's an hex, which leads to...)
4) Golden Phoenix Strike (my energy management skill and a conditional leading off hand)
5) Critical Strike (very nice damage at 15 CS and it gives back 8 energy with zealous knifes, knocks down thanks to MoI)
6) Falling Spider (self explanatory)
Sorry for not choosing just 3 skills but it wouldn't be possible, an assassin works so well thanks to chains, not single skills, and I found out this chain works extremely well for me.

I don't know really, never been a fan of the old GPS, my favourite lead is still jagged strike. I hate highish recharges, one miss and the build is disabled is a pain. But it's brilliant for the surprise.
Anyone know whether they fixed siphon speed yet? I've not had chance to get on in the last week or so.
